The Vision of Prof. Ripu Ranjan Sinha

CNBA is an initiative of Prof. (Dr.) Ripu Ranjan Sinha, the “Man with Innovative Vision” and a globally recognized Strategic Knowledge Architect. With over two decades of experience in academic leadership and international policy, Prof. Sinha has dedicated his career to leveraging ICT and innovation as catalysts for sustainable peace.

As the Director-General of the Asia Africa Development Council (ADCO) and a Development Consultant to the Republic of South Sudan, Prof. Sinha utilizes CNBA to foster South-South cooperation and provide a blueprint for nations to modernize without falling into the trap of data colonialism.
