JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN — Prof. (Dr.) Ripu Ranjan Sinha, a globally recognized ICT strategist and Chancellor of Langbustech University, has officially unveiled a comprehensive roadmap aimed at utilizing Information and Communication Technology for the collective elevation of global mankind.
Rooted in the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The World is One Family), Prof. Sinha’s mission integrates advanced 4IR tools with the ethical foundations of traditional heritage. Central to this vision is the “Red Green Movement,” a dual-pillar strategy that harmonizes Science and Technology (Red) with Sustainable Development and Peace (Green).
“Our goal is not merely technological advancement, but the creation of a ‘Sovereign Statesman’ model where technology serves as a transparent and incorruptible foundation for society,” stated Prof. Sinha.

- Sovereign AI: A push for digital sovereignty to protect national interests and foster global trust.
- Education 4.0: Aligning the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) with global standards to prepare the youth for the 2047 milestone.
- International Synergy: Strengthening ties between India, the UAE, and the African Union through strategic knowledge management and trade.
The announcement comes ahead of the GenNext Leadership Excellence Summit 2026, where Prof. Sinha will further detail the implementation of “Sone Ki Chidiya 2.0”.
