Early Life and Education

Born on July 1, 1979, in Munger, Bihar — “the Land of Gautam Buddha” — Prof. Sinha completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science from St. Xavier’s College of Computer Studies, Patna. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science with a specialization in agent-mediated technologies and strategic knowledge management in 2013, guided by advanced QIP training at IIT Kanpur and IIT Mumbai.

Academic and Administrative Career

  • 2008–2013: Joined Jaipur National University as Assistant Professor in Computer and System Sciences, mentoring MCA, BCA, and MTech candidates.
  • 2013–2016: Advanced to Associate Professor, Professor, HOD, and Principal Director at Suresh Gyan Vihar University and Educosm Technical Campus, Rajasthan Technical University, overseeing graduate and doctoral research across computer science, software engineering, and electronics.
