The journey of Prof. Ripu Ranjan Sinha is a testament to the power of education, persistent innovation, and a borderless commitment to human development. From the quiet landscapes of Bihar to the high-level diplomatic corridors of South Sudan and the United Kingdom of Tonga, his life is defined by a singular mission: bridging the gap between technological advancement and sustainable global peace.


Foundations and Academic Excellence

Born on July 1, 1979, in the village of Mohamda, Jamalpur (Munger), Bihar, Ripu Ranjan Sinha was raised as the son of Sri Madan Prasad Lal. His early education took place at Eastern Railway Boys’ High School, followed by science studies at J.R.S. College, Jamalpur.

Recognizing early on that technology would be the language of the future, he skilled up at IEC Software Limited before moving to Patna. Between 1998 and 2003, he earned his Bachelor and Master of Computer Application (BCA & MCA) from St. Xavier’s College of Computer Studies, affiliated with IGNOU, New Delhi. This period laid the analytical foundation for what would become a prolific career in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

The Ascent of an Academician

Prof. Sinha’s professional journey began in New Delhi as a faculty member at the Universal Institute of Computer Technology, followed by a stint as a SAP Consultant at ERP Technologies. However, his true calling lay in higher education and research.

In 2008, he joined Jaipur National University as an Assistant Professor. During this tenure, he reached a significant milestone by completing his Ph.D. in Computer Science from NIMS University, Jaipur. His leadership skills quickly propelled him through prestigious roles:

  • Principal at Educosm Technical Campus, Jaipur.
  • Professor and Dean of Research at Gyan Vihar University (2014–2016).
  • Professor at the renowned S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. College, Jaipur, where he has been a pillar of the academic community since late 2016.

A Global Institutional Builder

Prof. Sinha’s influence extends far beyond the classroom. He is a prolific founder and co-founder of institutions designed to foster innovation and global connectivity:

  • Founder: Innovation Society of India and the World Academy of Informatics and Management Sciences (WAIMS).
  • Entrepreneurship: Established Panchtatva Worldwide Business Pvt. Ltd. for technology transfer.
  • Global Education: Founder of Langbustech University (USA) and Co-founder of The Thames International University (France).

His administrative prowess reached the international stage as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Commonwealth Vocational University (Kingdom of Tonga) (2020–2024) and Vice Chancellor of West Coast International University of Science, Arts and Commerce (USA).

Literary Contributions and Strategic Movements

A thinker as much as a doer, Prof. Sinha has authored influential books that challenge the status quo and propose roadmaps for a better future. His notable works include:

  • Red Green Movement

He is the architect of the Red Green Movement 2030, a philosophy that balances industrial growth (Red) with environmental sustainability (Green). This vision took flight internationally through the South Sudan Green and Industrial Revolution, a flagship initiative launched alongside H.E. Prof. James Wani Igga, Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan.

Diplomacy and National Service

Prof. Sinha serves as a vital link between India and the world. As a Development Consultant to the Republic of South Sudan and the Union Minister – Ministry of Transformation at the Royal House of Mazibuko (South Africa), he applies ICT and strategic management to nation-building.

At home, he is a dedicated member of the BJP and a key advocate for the Viksit Bharat 2047 mission. By founding the Viksit Bharat 2047 Development Forum, he has created a platform for scientific synergy and innovation, rooted in the ancient Indian philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The World is One Family).
